Rental Policies:
1) A requirement of a $100 deposit per wedding dress is required. The deposit is non-refundable. If you change your mind and would like to cancel your rental, the deposit will become a cancellation fee.
2) From the date of pick up, clients have four days to return the rental items. A $20 additional charge will be added to the final charge for each day after the due date.
3) The renter is responsible for the upkeep of the rented wedding grown for the duration of the rental agreement at their own expense. The renter must maintain the wedding dress in the condition that was given to them. Any damage or heavy stain (such as wine stains) to the wedding gown will result in an additional fee being added to the final price.
Sales Policies:
1) A deposit of 50% of the selected wedding dress is required. The rest of the payment will be paid in full upon the date that you pickup the wedding dress. Once the deposit has already been paid and the clients signed the agreements, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
2) Any request to fix the dress needs to be before the pickup date. Once the client picks up the dress, it is finalized and any additional requests will be charged accordingly.
3) For customized wedding dresses, the fabric, style, measurements, quality, and images will be presented to the client. The dress will be ready to pick up between 4 to 6 weeks from the day the client made the deposit.
